The contract was for the 9mm Glock, but the 40 S&W also produced the Glock 23 MHS model. Unlike others in the competition, Glock offers a single, fully loaded and fully loaded pistol. The Glock 19 MHS has a Glock 17 frame with threaded holes and lighted magwells at the base of the grip. The slide is for a Glock 19. Of course, the frame was shortened to accommodate the Model 19 slide.

MHS has a manual safety. At the request of the Austrian Army in 1982, the first Glock pistol was built with a manual safety. This version of the safety is ambidextrous and marked S and F. As you can see, the rest of the shot is typical Glock.
